All In-Person Program

Our All In-Person Program is what we’d call our traditional CNA Program where students take all 100 Hours with us. Our All In-Person is what we recommend to all potential students as it’s the program that has the most hands-on training, repetitions in the lab, and ensures students are comfortable and confident with all facets of CNA work as they enter Clinicals, prepare for Prometric testing, and enter the workforce.

Our All In-Person Program is broken down into two phases.

1) 60 Hours of Class & Lab - These 60 Hours of Classroom and Lab work are where you’re able to gain the most hands-on training. These 60 Hours happen over 10 weekdays (two weeks) from 5-11 PM.

2) 40 Hours of Clinical - After completing the 60 Class & Lab Hours, you’re then ready to enter the Clinical Phase. These Clinical Hours happen over 7 weekdays from 5-11 PM.

Once all two phases are complete, you’ll then receive your diploma from us and can register with the state to schedule your tests to become state-certified.

To register for our All-In Person Program, we’ll need the following documents:

1) Driver’s License/Photo ID - We’ll need some form of photo identification. This is typically a Driver’s License, but it can also be a state-issued ID.

2) Social Security Card - We’ll need your Social Security Card—not just your SSN. This can be a Work Authorization or a visa as well.

3) Transcript/Diploma - The transcript/diploma can be one of the following: A high school diploma, a high school transcript, a college diploma, a college transcript, or a GED certificate. We do not need all four forms. One will suffice. Transcripts do not need to be official. If you do not have a diploma, you’ll need to show that you have at least an eighth-grade education.

4) Current TB Test - The TB Test will need to be within the calendar year of when you’re taking our class. A Skin or Blood Test kind will work, but a Skin Type is easier and cheaper. If your TB Test tests with a false positive because you’ve been previously exposed, you’ll also need a chest X-ray. We will also accept a Bacillus Calmette-Guerin (BCG) Vaccine.

5) Immunization Records - The three primary vaccines you’ll need to have are for Tetanus (tetanus, diphtheria, and pertussis), Varicella (chickenpox), and MMR (measles, mumps, and rubella).

All five documents must be turned in before you can move on to the Clinical Hours Phase of the program. All six must be physical copies for your file. You can send all of them by email or brought to school. If sent by email, please be sure to send hi-res versions since they must be printed.

While scans, screenshots, and PDFs are better, photos of your documents work as well, but you must have decent photo skills. Please place them on a flat surface without any other objects in the field of vision (this includes fingers, hands, and other documents). If they aren’t readable or difficult to crop or edit, you’ll have to re-send them.

Currently, our Online/Hybrid Program is $800.00. $100.00 is a non-refundable application fee that must be paid when registering, while the remaining $700.00 is the tuition. The tuition balance must be paid by the first day of class (The first day of the In-Person In-Service). We do not currently offer any payment plans.
