Enrollment Process
1) Our Schedule
Winter 1 Jan 5 - Jan 16 (60 Hours , In Person Class & Lab)
Winter 2 Jan 19 - Jan 21 (18 Hours, Online Class*, In Person Lab)
Winter 3 Jan 26 - Feb 06 (60 Hours, In Person Class & Lab)
Winter 4 Feb 09 - Feb 11 (18 Hours, Online Class*, In Person Lab)
This year, we’re offering both In Person and Online Versions of our CNA Program. Our Traditional In Person are 60 Hours of Class & Lab while our Online utilizes the state of Texas’s Online Program. For that, you’ll complete the State’s Online Classroom and then do the State-Mandated 18 Hours of Lab before moving onto the Clinical Portion.
Both our In Person and Online versions have 40 Hours of Clinicals. Once you complete your 60 or 18 Hours, you’ll then sign up for one of our Clinical Sessions, which are the following:
Winter Clinical A Jan 22 - Jan 30
Winter Clinical B Jan 24-25, Jan 31-Feb 01 (Weekend Session)
Winter Clinical C Feb 2 - Feb 10
Winter Clinical D Feb 12 - Feb 20
Our Winter Clinical Sessions are all 7 Days, Weekdays, and from 5PM-11PM except for Winter Clinical B which is a Weekend Session that’s 4 Days from 8AM-6PM.
Enrolling at Elite Quality Nurse Aide Training is fairly straightforward, quick, and easy. Below, we’ve broken down Enrollment into the step by step process, what documents you’ll need, and what options you have.
2) Documents & Cost
Our CNA Program costs a total of $800.00. $100.00 is a non-refundable Application Fee and $700.00 is the tuition for the class. Note: If you pay with a credit card, there is a surcharge.
To register, you’ll need the following documents:
1) Driver’s License/Photo ID
2) Social Security Card/Green Card/Work Visa
3) High School Diploma/Transcript, College Diploma/Transcript, or GED
4) Current TB Test
5) Immunization Records
Balances are due within the first two days of Class unless students have worked out prior arrangements.
3) Enroll Online or In-Person
Students have the option to enroll in-person at our school or online. Here’s how those options happen:
Note: We do not offer online classes; just offer the option to enroll online.
Enroll Online
Students who decide to enroll online will need to email us at elitequalitylubbock@gmail.com with the required documents (Step 2 above), their desired CNA Class. From there, we’ll email you an application and an invoice via PayPal for the $100.00 Application Fee.
Once you’ve sent in a complete Application, the required documents, and paid the Application Fee, we’ll be able to move on to Step 4.
Enroll In-Person
Students who decide to enroll in-person will need to schedule a time by calling (432) 664-4246. Due to varied CNA Class schedules and Clinicals, we may not be at our offices like traditional businesses (9 AM - 5 PM). Typically, afternoons and evenings Monday - Friday are the best times to schedule an in-person appointment.
There, you’ll fill out an Application, bring the required documents (copies can be made at our offices or sent via email), and have at minimum, the $100.00 Application Fee. In-Person, we accept Credit Card, cash, check, and/or money order.
4) Background Checks
Once all paperwork is complete, we will do our mandatory background checks via The Texas Department of Public Safety and The Texas Employee Misconduct Registry. Potential students who are flagged by either will not be allowed to enter the CNA Program. For a list of Criminal Convictions Barring Enrollment, click here.
5) Officially Enrolled
Once Potential Students have passed their background check, they will receive confirmation of their enrollment via email or phone call.
Students will be expected to arrive at class on time, act mannerly and attentive, and dress appropriately—please read our FAQs for our Dress Code, Materials List, etc.
